The villa is spacious, elegant and in absolutely the best location, within walking distance of restaurants and Kassiopi. There is direct sea access from the garden, a short walk down an unmade but level path. It is also just a few minutes walk to Soukia pebble beach for a morning swim. With Kassiopi just 1km away, the location is excellent for families with older children keen for some gentle nightlife. You will be very comfortable here and well looked after by an excellent house manager.

Soukia pebble beach 2 minutes walk with direct access
Kassiopi is 10 minutes walk, for bars, restaurants, supermarkets and gentle nightlife for teenagers
Avlaki beach 15 minutes walk, for water sports and two tavernas
San Stefano is 10 minutes by car, for shops, restaurants and bars
Corfu Old Town is 1 hour by car
The closest tennis courts are under 10 minutes walk.

Recently renovated to a very high standard, accommodation is shared across two buildings that both look on to the pool area and are surrounded by a vast terrace. Entrance to the main building is into a bright hallway with the triple aspect sitting room to your right, with views out to the pool, sea and beyond. The bedrooms are light and airy with lovely bathrooms and huge walk in showers – three bedrooms are on the ground floor of the main house, two of which have private terraces, one with an outdoor shower. The master bedroom is alone on the first floor. The remaining four bedrooms are in the annexe, each with its own external access. The terrace has plenty of space for everyone and three outdoor eating areas, one with a huge table for everyone to dine together.
