Overview
A secret hideaway opposite Skorpios, with magnificent views stretching out across the mystical islands of the southern Ionian. The main living area has a Moroccan vibe and it is incredibly light with panoramic views from every window. The bedrooms are light and airy, each one affording an individual style. The comfortable master bedroom has a colonial feel and the luxurious bathroom has a large walk in shower and contemporary roll top bath, from which you can soak up the staggering views.

Fully equipped kitchen, open plan living and dining area with doors leading to the terrace and pool area
*Two of the double bedrooms are inter-connecting. You can lock and separate them, however, and use the terrace door to enter and exit. All bedrooms have doors onto the terraces and pool area
The owner politely requests no groups with children below the age of 10
Hexangonal shaped swimming pool – 1.5m deep, so not deep enough for diving or jumping but there is the sea at the bottom of the garden!

Skorpios View is located near Geni, overlooking the island of Skorpios
The house is right on the water with its own jetty
Geni is a 5-minute drive away
Nidri is a 20 minute drive away
Sivota is a 25 minute drive away
Vasiliki is a 30 minute drive away
Fly to Preveza Airport
Preveza Airport is on the mainland, and is roughly a 1hr drive from the villa as Lefkada is connected to the mainland via a bridge
We can help arrange airport transfers - there is the option to get a taxi the whole way, or just a taxi to Nidri and then a boat transfer from Nidri directly to the jetty at the house
Boat hire is highly recommended to get around
Car hire is optional but essential if you don't want to hire a boat
(Please note, you will need an SUV or similar as the final bit of the track down to the house is uneven)
Outside, the generous terrace has a wonderfully positioned dining area, shaded by a magnificent grape vine- perfect for long lazy lunches or relaxing in the adjacent seating area. Another vine-covered walkway with cobbled steps beckons you to the enticing water where the wooden deck at the bottom provides a large sunbathing area, together with steps leading into the sea. The calm waters in the bay are perfect for a dip at any time of the day or, for the more adventurous, water sports. The sloping garden has many seating areas outdoors: a lounging area adjacent to the outside dining table, a cabana with a sofa/day bed overlooking the bay, the olive tree area on a terrace below with seating and sunbeds and a small lookout area for 2 off the main terrace area.
