The small town of Kassiopi is 3 minutes by car or a 10 minute walk to the habour. You’ll find shops, tavernas, bars, bakeries and cafes

This contemporary house is just above the Ionian Sea and only a 5-minute walk to the nearest beach, and a 10-minute walk into Kassiopi. It sleeps 12 people and is a great house for a large group of friends or several families, especially those with teenagers and young adults who want a bit of independence to walk to town/bars. The rooms are large and airy, the double height sitting room is open plan to the kitchen and dining area and has doors which open out on all sides to the terrace and the pool in front of the house. Each bedroom has its own en suite bathroom and all of the upper rooms have doors out onto the terrace. The master bedroom has an upstairs terrace and pergola for shade, with amazing views across to Kassiopi you might be lucky enough to see dolphins playing in the bay in the morning.
