Car hire is essential - an SUV or 4x4 is highly recommended as the driveway to the house is on an unmade road

There are several different places to eat outside each commanding a more arresting view than the last. There is sun and shade, wooden or stone tables, comfy sunbeds, sun umbrellas and, of course, the pool! The grounds have been recently landscaped by Jennie Gay who is well known on the island and has done an amazing job. They are brimming full of fruit trees including mulberry, peach, lemon, fig and orange. It is the most delightful place to spend a lazy afternoon in the shade with a favourite book, away from the hustle of the pool or the bustle of the nearby beach. A long way from the next nearest property the outside buildings create what appears to be a small hamlet, sympathetically arranged and linked by a series of beautiful terraces, steps and gateways.
