Overview
Located on a charming shingle beach with emerald green waters, just north of Avlaki beach. The only way to access this house is from the beach, so you can arrive by boat, undoubtedly the best way to arrive, or drive and park a short distance away and walk along the beach. This is a unique and elegant beach front retreat with a jetty and immediate access to the sea, you would be in a great location if you love spending your days hopping on and off a boat, exploring nearby coves and trying out new restaurants.

This house is located in the North East of Corfu, on Kogevina beach just north of Avlaki.
Kassiopi is a 20 minute walk, for restaurants, bars, shops and boat hire.
Avlaki beach is 3 minutes by car / 15 minute walk, for tavernas and water sports; sailing, windsurfing, kayaking and paddle boarding
San Stephano is a 10 minutes by car for restaurants, boat hire and bars
Fly to Corfu Airport
The Boat House is roughly an hour's drive from the airport
Car hire is recommended but not essential
Made up of three separate cottages with exposed bleached wood ceilings and white and blue coastal colours, nestled in Mediterranean-inspired gardens. The main house comfortably sleeps four. It is the largest of the three cottages and closest to the sea, with two elegantly appointed bedrooms, an open plan living room, kitchen and dining area, which opens out on to a shaded terrace with comfy sofas. The second house is just a few steps back, accommodates two and has a kitchen and living room area, which opens out on to a little terrace with garden view, comfortably furnished with a hammock and sun loungers. The third guest house has a master bedroom with en suite facilities.
