This house is located in the North East of Corfu
It is built on its own private estate headland just south of Kassiopi Harbour and north of Avlaki beach

Kassiopi village is a 10 minute walk, or a 5 minute drive
Avlaki beach is 7 minutes by car
San Stephano is a 15 minutes by car, you’ll find great tavernas, bars, boat hire and shops

We visit this house whenever we are in Corfu and it never fails to astound.  With an unrivalled position on the island, this is top notch luxury with views that will take your breath away.  A fabulous sea-front house which has been built sympathetically with the environment with no expense spared making it one of the most spectacular houses on the island. The private 5 acre headland serves as the most perfect backdrop to this dreamy villa. The beautiful landscape in front of the villa slopes down to give easy access to a small beach and a private jetty. There are 360 degree views from the house, both inland and across the Corfu Channel to the mountains of Albania opposite. The house was designed and built by a Norman Foster-trained architect incorporating strong Venetian themes. A network of pathways weave through the woodland to a small pebble beach and Atolikos point where guests can swim from sun drenched rocks. Built to a very high spec and incorporating the most modern tech throughout, this house is a haven of comfort and relaxation.
