Situated on the east side of the island, above the bay of Atherinos.
Just below the house, and only a 2 minute walk away, is Athernis Bay for a couple of tavernas and a dock where you can moor a boat if you want to hire one for the holiday.
The nearest town, Katomeri is 2 minutes by car, or a 15 minute walk.
The capital of Meganisi is Vathy, with it’s beautiful horseshoe shape port and delightful tavernas, cafe’s and bakeries is 5 minutes by car.

Fly into Preveza Airport. From there, take a taxi to the small port of Perigali (approx. 45 minutes), followed by a 20‑minute boat transfer to Spilia on Meganissi. Spilia is a 7‑minute taxi ride from the house.

Alternatively, guests can hire a car at Preveza and drive to Nidri in Lefkada (45 minutes), then take the car ferry across to Meganissi (25 minutes).

For guests travelling from Paxos: either fly from Corfu to Preveza and follow the steps above, or take a sea taxi from Paxos to Parga, then a 1.5‑hour taxi to Perigali, followed by the boat transfer to Spilia.

All transfers are payable locally.

Car hire is recommended. A small, sturdy vehicle is ideal, as roads in this part of the island can be narrow.
