Lear House is in the north east of the island

Kerasia beach is a 4 minute walk down, 8 minutes back up!
San Stefano is a 25 minute walk or a 5 minute drive
Kassiopi is 20 minutes by car
Avlaki beach is a 10 minute drive, and has many water sports and 2 excellent tavernas.

The house has a good pool with lots of different places to sit in the shade if the midday sun gets too much. Enjoy lolling with a good book before wandering down to San Stefano for a delicious lunch in one of the many tavernas, or enjoy all the area has to offer at night (there’s a fab cocktail bar in San Stefano) before returning for a midnight swim. Inside the house it is slick and comfortable. Homely and luxurious all at once. Wooden floors throughout help keep the place cool in summer. Beautiful deep blues and rich creams create the perfectly sophisticated seaside house. Bedrooms are sumptuously furnished with deep pillows and stunning antiques. The bathrooms are clean-lined and super swanky. And the kitchen has everything a foodie could need to produce a fabulous fresh feast. All in all a great pad to base yourselves in if you want to be near the beach.
