Overview
Set within the grounds of a secluded estate, Sea is a superb house of the highest standard. This particular spot is one of the most sought after areas of Corfu and has to be one of the best in the whole of the Ionian islands. Set on the sloping hillside surrounded by olive groves the house feels perfectly secret. Mesmerising views are visible from each area of the house and gardens- magical at any time of day, but sunrise and sunset are particularly special here. For larger groups, this house can be taken alongside it’s neighbouring house on the estate, Rock.

The house is situated along a beautiful stretch of coastline in the North East of Corfu.
There is access to the sea directly below the house via steps in the rocks or a nearby pebble beach. It is possible to moor a boat on the estates’ private jetty (shared between houses Sea and Rock) and an estate pontoon is available during July and August.
The coastal path will take you to Nisaki beach (10 minutes walk).
Nisaki beach has a wonderful taverna, perfect for a spot of lunch or evening drink.
Agni Bay is 15 minutes by boat or 12 minutes by car
Kassiopi and Avlaki beach are 25 minutes by car
Fly to Corfu Airport
Sea is roughly a 40 minute drive from the airport

Inside, the rooms are of exceptional quality with a wonderfully welcoming atmosphere. Great care has been taken with the interior design; marble flooring, a limestone fireplace and a combination of antique furniture and modern finishes have been thoughtfully chosen by the owner.
Particularly special is the dining terrace set below the house at sea level with its own BBQ area and beach bar.
Every comfort here has been diligently arranged, not only within the house but also by the efficient and charming house manager and team.
