The house is just a 5 minute drive from Piegaro, a sleepy medieval village with some shops (butcher, bakery, small grocery), bar, pharmacy and a couple of restaurants

Tavernelle di Panicale is 8km away (15 minutes by car) and has a few restaurants, bars and a couple of supermarkets
Città della Pieve is 13km and has some lovely restaurants and shops
Paciano is 17km away (20 minutes by car) and has a couple of restaurants and a supermarket
Lake Trasimeno is 25km (30 minutes by car), for the nearest swimming beach, boats and water sport activities
Perugia is 45 minutes by car
The Lamborghini golf course (9 holes) is around a 20 minutes drive away

Car hire is essential

Villa Giada is surrounded by roughly a hectare of enchanting garden and woodland. A veranda at the front of the house has a large dining table with a beautiful space between the buildings with views through the oak trees to the valley beyond – so lots of space to fully unwind. The pool sits charmingly on a terrace below the house with a bank of pretty planting separating the two, immediately making you feel an ultimate sense of bliss.
*Please note there is a house next door which is privately owned which until the hedges are fully grown you are able to see into from Villa Giada.
