Overview
The owners have carefully restored this villa and have created a beautiful bright and classically designed home – they have mixed old with new marrying antiques and contemporary pieces. Large pale grey bookshelves are oozing with delicious reads, there are cool, modern chairs and elegant painted french chairs side by side. The effect is great, and very stylish. The gardens are very large and boast beautiful plants including lots of mature trees and shade. Breakfasting on the terrace is the perfect place to enjoy the uninterrupted, vast views. Sit in the shade after a long lunch for a snooze – or catch up on the latest novel away from the noise of the pool. It is so wonderful to have large lawns for the children to play endless games of cricket or football.

Sismano village is just over 5 minutes by car, and has some small shops and an excellent restaurant
Todi is a 10 minute drive and has plenty of very good restaurants and good local shops
