The house is located right on Capo Coda Cavallo beach, a protected and iconic coastal landscape, with the small and charming village of Capo Coda Cavallo at the easternmost tip of the peninsula. The white sandy beach and warm, clear sea are great for swimming and families with small children.
North of Olbia, the Costa Smeralda is one of the island’s most beautiful stretches of coastline. Beyond the glitz you’ll come to the island archipelago of La Maddalena, a cluster of islands – once home to Garibaldi and now a marine reserve, ideal for exploring by boat on day trips.
The area is famous for white sandy beaches, such as Cala Brandinchi, Lu Impostu, Cala Suarracia and others.
Local activities include; snorkeling, scuba diving and bird watching. There is good tennis nearby and the house is just a few kilometres from a golf club.
