This six-bedroom villa sits just outside Marrakech in a secure, private gated community that blends complete seclusion with shared amenities such as a clay tennis court, gym, and 24-hour security. The main house includes a master suite, two double bedrooms, and two interlinked twin rooms, while the pool house offers an additional king-size room with a shower. All bedrooms feature terraces, dressing areas, en suite bathrooms, and air conditioning/heating. Indoors, the sitting and dining rooms are interconnected with log fires, and a cloakroom adds convenience. Outside, a 5x13m swimming pool (heatable), large sunbathing terrace, multiple dining areas, expansive lawns, and fruit orchards offer plenty of space to relax.

Car hire is possible, but we would recommend using local taxis, which can be booked via the house manager
We love how this home gives you the best of both worlds—total privacy within the villa and gardens, yet a warm sense of community with the neighbouring houses and shared facilities. The gardens filled with olive trees, waving grasses, and fruit orchards feel wonderfully peaceful, and each bedroom feels like its own little sanctuary. Evenings by the log fire or sunsets on the roof terrace under the Moroccan tent are some of the house’s most magical moments.
