Overview
This stunning, East-facing palazzo was originally built in 1670 under Venetian rule, and has recently been impeccably restored in 2016. It is finished to an incredibly high standard, with stunning furniture and a rustic, seaside colour palette. Set over four floors, each bedroom is as good as the last, and with luxurious linens and super-soft towels, its the perfect place to relax after a day spent on the water.
Day to day life at the palazzo is dream-like; at night you can hear the waves gently lapping against the harbour walls, and be the first to see the little fishing boats arrive in the early morning with their catch ready for purchase at the local fish market.

Please note, this townhouse is split over 4 floors – do bear this in mind for elderly/immobile guests. Children of all ages are welcome but must be supervised at all times given the waterfront location and steps

Katarina Island is 5 minutes away by boat
Golden Cape Nature Reserve Park is under 10 minutes by car or a 30 minute walk (or 15 minute cycle)
Luxury boutique shopping promenade is a 15 minute walk away
Vrsar is 40 minutes by car
Porec is 45 minutes by car
Novigrad is 50 minutes by car
Motovun and Umag are both an hour’s drive from the villa
Venice is a 2hr boat or 3.5hr drive from the villa
Fly to Pula airport (about a 40 minute drive)
Fly to Trieste (a 1.5hr drive)
Help available for luggage transfer up to the house
Car hire can be arranged but is not necessary
(The old town of Rovinj is pedestrianised but hire cars can be parked a short walk away for no additional fee for villa guests)
Our favourite part of this glorious townhouse is the beautiful seafront dining terrace, perfect for breakfasts in the morning sun, it then becomes the ideal spot for a shaded lunch or dinner under the stars..
