Asking as many questions as you like will cost you nothing and we will continue to advise you right up until you book… or don’t book.
The legal stuff is very straightforward (click above for our full terms and conditions).
Once you’ve decided where to go we send you a booking form and ask for a deposit (non refundable) to secure the booking. Payment is by cheque or BACs transfer.
On receipt of the deposit we confirm that the villa is yours for the time specified.
Then the fun bit of planning starts…
10 weeks before you travel we will send you an invoice asking for the balance payment as well as a security deposit to cover any damages.
We will send you a pack to help you while you’re away.
If you have any problems let us know WHILE you’re there and we will sort out as much as we can.
In the unlikely even of there being any damage, this will be reported to us within a week of your return and we will ask you to cover the cost. If there is no damage your security deposit cheque will be destroyed.
